*Individuals with a financial hardship will be considered for reduced or waived membership fee on a case by case basis. All membership fees pay for a 12 month period beginning with the month the member joins and renewable on an annual basis in the same month as the initial membership. Members joining on or before 12/1/06 will be acknowledged as "Charter Members."
