Tools

The Broward Housing Partnership is currently compiling a list of the tools available and/or needed for local governments, developers, lenders, nonprofits, and individuals seeking to either build or obtain affordable housing. 

The attached worksheet is a working document.  Although only the tool name and its goal are mentioned, the Tools Committee is also analyzing other aspects including barriers to implementing the tool, improvements needed and recommended action steps.  All of these will be utilized to determine which tools could possibly be utilized in Broward County.
